2023 Indoor Team – U11

This deposit confirms your interest in playing indoor soccer for the UA Soccer Academy. We will attempt to place your daughter on a team in her age group. However, we reserve the right to place her on a team one year up if necessary to form a team.

If a team is unable to form, the fee is fully refundable.
